I am resurrecting an old idea that I’ve attempted the past two winters! After Christmas, all inspiration is lost. I am now starting A Very Postal Christmas once again for National Novel Writing Month (November 1-30). Hoping to get this novel written by December 1! Thanks to International Book Promotion for my book cover! Don’t know what I’d do without them
A Christmas Party is planned for some postal workers. A White Elephant gift exchange is included. Most employees are reluctant to join in, since they are so grouchy, but organizer Angel Noel miraculously gets everyone to gather around the tree, share stories, open gifts, and have some good food. While arguing over each other’s gifts, the employees soon find out that the station manager, Krissy Winters, is dead in her office. Rumor has it that Barry Jingles was sleeping with her. Could he be the murderer or short-tempered clerk, Ginger Snap? Grouchy mail carrier Jack Frost is also a suspect along with Star Spice, the meanest boss around. Which postal nut did it? Investigator Charles Chestnut is called in to solve the mystery!
